Upload your Zoom Cloud video recordings to your YouTube Channel

Installing the connector
YouTube for Zoom is a connector that auto pulls your meeting and webinar video recordings into your YouTube channel. The connector can be enabled in few clicks.
  • Ask your admin to pre-authorize this connector in Zoom
  • Once this connector is pre-authorized by your account admin, you will the install option when you go the app - https://marketplace.zoom.us/apps/WPKzwuoLQDuj_gPs68AQxw
  • Click on Authorize. This will trigger the authentication where you will need to authenticate your Zoom account and YouTube account. Once the authentication is complete, you will be a success screen as below.

You can choose to define how the connector should behave.

By default, all your recordings are marked as Private when uploaded into your YouTube channel. If you need to make them public, just de-select the check box.

You can also chose to delete the recordings in Zoom cloud once it's uploaded to your YouTube channel.

We are working on providing the option to upload only the webinar recordings. This option will be available soon.

Uninstalling the connector

  • Click here to visit YouTube for Zoom connector page at Zoom Marketplace
  • Go to 'Manage' tab and click 'Uninstall'

Your Privacy

This connector only stores your meta-data such as your e-mail and authentication tokens to authenticate you with Zoom and YouTube and call their APIs. No other data is stored in Splain servers. When you de-authorize this connected from your Zoom Marketplace account, Splain removes all your meta-data from our data store immediately.

Your recordings are not stored in Splain servers.
