- Ask your admin to pre-authorize this connector in Zoom
- Once this connector is pre-authorized by your account admin, you will the install option when you go the app - https://marketplace.zoom.us/apps/WPKzwuoLQDuj_gPs68AQxw
- Click on Authorize. This will trigger the authentication where you will need to authenticate your Zoom account and YouTube account. Once the authentication is complete, you will be a success screen as below.
Note that the past recordings will not be pulled in to your YouTube channel. If you need this feature, please submit a request at our support site.
You can choose to define how the connector should behave.
By default, all your recordings are marked as Private when uploaded into your YouTube channel. If you need to make them public, just de-select the check box.
You can also chose to delete the recordings in Zoom cloud once it's uploaded to your YouTube channel.
We are working on providing the option to upload only the webinar recordings. This option will be available soon.
If you need the recordings to go to a different YouTube channel, you need to disable and enable the app from Zoom Marketplace again and go through the authentication. When we upload the recordings, we add some default tags to on the video and these tags are not configurable in the connector as of now.

- Go to 'Manage' tab and click 'Uninstall'
This connector only stores your meta-data such as your e-mail and authentication tokens to authenticate you with Zoom and YouTube and call their APIs. No other data is stored in Splain servers. When you de-authorize this connected from your Zoom Marketplace account, Splain removes all your meta-data from our data store immediately.
Your recordings are not stored in Splain servers.
